My School Soundtrack
it walks over white spaces
leaving streaks in its’ wake
white washed canvases
will never be the same
I wish the black would
paint my brain
knowledge spread across the surface,
enlightenment never came
black strokes like war paint
a war plan-- I’ll never understand
I feel depressed and restless
relentless
startlingly spacious state of mind
trying to remember I’m gonna be fine
