You were like a fresh piece of gum I had just started to chew
Powerful, exciting, refreshing and new
You should have been like Extra, with flavor that lasts
But just like a Mento, you were gone in a flash.

I like gum, I like it when my gum lasts a while. So I wrote a poem about how I was dissapointed with my friends and compared it to gum.
