Christmas
His season
The season of checklists
Get gifts for the children: Check
Take a picture with Santa: Check
Make cookies and sing carols: Check
Decorate the Christmas tree: Check
But there is one thing that no one ever check of their list
Make sure to devote this season to the coming of christ: I’ll do that later
Teach children of the true meaning of giving: They’ll learn when they are older
Help those less fortunate than ourselves in the cold weather: Someone else will do it
Set out the nativity: There is no more room for decorations in our home
We shouldn’t need a checklist to remember our priority
