Loving Yourself Is A Process
I’m still learning to love myself
A process of slowly trading baggy clothing for lesss baggy
Learning that it’s okay to speak loudly and have people stare
Reminding myself even the most beautiful people sometimes feel bloated
Shushing the mean voice when they tell me otherwise
That the zit in my face isn’t all they see
Or the way my stomach sticks out
Or how frizzy my hair is today
I’m still learning to love myself just like everyone else

My own self journey inspired this. Loving yourself is a process and we are all still working through that process.
