It doesn't always rain when bad things happen

When good things happen it isn't always sunny

The dark isn't always spooky but the light sometimes is

And you can't always trust the people you thought you could

The world isn't a perfect place

As kids we are taught lies

As adults we learn the truth

Good people are bad

Bad people are good

Happy people are sad

And sad people are happy

The nicest people think the worst of themselves

The meanest people are hurt

The world is scary

And death, in the end, is welcoming
