your narcissistic tendancies linger on my mind
like cottonwood on the breeze
a season of nonstop headaches and itchy eyes
everyone in misery, we can't help but mention it
especially you
your self involved murmer makes me want to scream
yet i inhale it with my oxygen
drifting on the wind, it never leaves
and in the commotion that you leave behind
i barely have time to wonder
do you grow tired of hearing yourself talk?
do the seeds in the air grow tired of drifting?
