where do i begin

and you end i

don't know anymore cause

once you were such an integral part of

my being and

now you are nothing 

i'm trying to find how to separate my

veins from yours because yours are

empty now    -   blood

stopped flowing from them long ago so they 

are just hollow now getting drier 

every moment

stiffer

every second

rotting

into brown husks where there was

once blood and life and vitality and the beating of your heart

gone.

how did i not notice that your blood stopped 

flowing here was it

slowly or all at once was it

hard to remove yourself from me or was it

the easiest thing in the world

because

now i try to remove your tangled rotting husks from

my red ones which i am

trying so hard to keep alive but

as your veins turn

blacker and blacker and

colder and colder i 

become more frantic to remove you from

me and my

nails tear

up the flesh both

dead and alive and

soon my blood is on the 

floor its bright red turning

darker each second i

don't know where you end and i begin but

the removing hurts so damn much so just

tell me so i can stop

tearing my own flesh so i can

stop pouring my own blood 

so i can 

be myself again 

and

learn how to exist without you

because

i never thought that i would have to so just
