And the fear to hide

To Hide from the unknown

To Hide the emotions that I have shown

I stayed in a place I thought to be

But then I realized it wasn't for me

I denied, denied everytime

But I lied

And what was really important was what was inside

I was blind

And I didn't want to make up my mind

I wanted to cry

But I was spellbound, by pride

I could not breathe any longer

And the fear just kept getting stronger

So... I gradually let go

And I released that daunting ghost

It took me time to realize

But I managed to cut the haunting ties
