Forgive me I've not been true;
I've strayed away from you.
Now I'm back my lesson learned;
For you my soul does yearn.
You hold my soul in your hands;
Take away, no man can.
Your love is true, your love pure;
Your goodness is so sure!
I am weak, I know it's true,
So I depend on you.
I take your hand, walk by your side;
Never have I felt so high!
You forgive me when I fail,
That's why you were pierced by the nails.
Forgiven, I'm in your hands;
Take away, no man can.

Many times I've strayed away frm God. but because i know what Jesus went through for me and knowing I'm forever in God's hands, i come back around. I love the God who loved me first and no matter hiw far away i get from him i will always come back around.
