Eyes of Slate
Meet eyes of Jade.
Stare each other down
Avoiding an angry tirade.
"You fix this now,"
She says,
While she's trying
To tread,
On me,
On us,
On everybody in the world,
And everybody on the bus.
Jade Eyes whips out a feather,
And uses it as a tool.
Slate Eyes falls to the floor.
That chick was such a fool.
Jade Eyes cleans up the mess,
Her hair tucked in her hood.
She mumbles under her breath,
"God, there's just so much blood!"
