My silence
There is beauty of heart
 And beauty of face
 Beauty of sin
 And beauty of grace

 I see beauty that’s natural
 And beauty that’s fake
 The beauty of depth
 But now I’m awake

 And when I look
 To see the room
 A swirl of faces
 Slide right through

 But I know someone beautiful
 In every single way
 In heart, soul, body, face
 That living cannot take away

 You’ve seen the pain
 And suffered through
 You don’t stop
 Because the truth is true

Your laughter fills an empty heart
 With never ending love
 Your praise, worship, points
 To the Lord up above

And maybe I cannot be the judge
 If beauty of all kinds
But I believe in fairy tales
 And princess you are mine

 Love cannot be paradise
 Love will sometimes end
 But I could never stop
 Loving you my friend

Connections made, not in the stars
But in my heart that beats
And the friction of my heart and yours
 Throw a fiery heat

 We can deny these feelings
 And glance the other way
 But we’ll both remember this
 Until our dying day
