Puzzle Pieces
It's not the way I study
No C's,D's or F's anywhere in sight
Because you don't need your booksmarts
 To have fun at night

It's not the way I dress
 No moose for the label
Because no one pays attention to clothes
 At the parents' table

It's not the way I talk
 No b.s and propper
Because this black girl could take off
 As George Bush's third daughter

It's not the way I study, dress, talk
 But the way I blend
I describe these parties as a master puzzle
And I'm that weird piece that doesn't fit in
