Letter of Love

This is my letter to you of
All the things I love.
You weren’t a mistake,
But a choice I had to make.
You built me up
And broke me down
And kept me coming back for more.
Because of you I’ve found a way
To lose the hellish desires in myself,
But not without the price of also losing
My mind, a best friend, my love,
And my heart among others.
I have lost, but I have also found
Something much more valuable:
My soul.
But to you, I do not give thanks for
Showing me the path, but to God
For you are my fellow servant (Rev 22:9).
