Colored Feelings

I got the blues,
not the "I can't buy that game" blues,
not the "everyone is gone" blues,
I got the "rain for a while" blues
but the next day
I was green,
the "I'm getting paid" greens,
the "I receive a good grade" greens
but when I was at school
I had the "I wanna do something fun" grey
but once school was over
I went home and felt silver,
"I have finished high school" silver.
