Family sucks
They complain all day long,
Never listen to what you say,
Who cares if the baby is crying?
Fighting is more important.
Family sucks.

Just shove it all on the little girl who is oblivious to everything,
It’s not like she’ll ever know what's going on.
Little do they know,
She remembers it all,
All the sunny days that turned cloudy,
Every time her mother tried to take over everything
She is a bossy mama bear.
Family sucks.

My book is crying out to me
But I can’t read it
Because I am taking care of the children.
Everyone acts as though I am just like a nanny.
Family sucks.

One hour a day to have fun with the older cousins
Then I have to go to bed and do it all over again
The same thing over and over until the trip is over.
Family sucks.

Ever since,
I can’t look at my family the same way.
Everything changed.
