Open letter to soccer
From the moment I kicked My first ball, I was immediately in love.
Constantly having a ball at my feet.
Learning to play the game the right way.
I played with my heart,
I gave it my all.
Insisted on being the best,
Refused to let anyone beat me.
I worked harder than the rest,
To become the best.
Finally, that work paid off,
When I was 10 years old I made beechmont elite.
Working harder than ever.
The training became more intense.
I refused to quit.
Soccer has shaped me to be the hard worker I am today.
