Remembering the Break in the Barrier,
Cold but Warm --
Slowly expelling, like thick molasses
From a Crack in the jar --

Dark Ink, Running with gravity --
A Disturbance so Quiet,
A Cage of Rhythm--
Becoming faster still --

Crystal balls will peer -- Personal --
Crimson velvet Release --
Ignorance in place of Truth
Such a deep cave to venture --

Requiem of Past --
Realization of Illusion --
Fading from tints to Occult
Absent in Body,
Not in Soul

This is a piece about a difficult time I went through. I don't say exactly what is going on in the poem, it's all similies. I hope people figure out what is going on and reflect on why people do such a thing. My name is Megan Watkins
