Advice to my 27 year old self
Hey, Hey, Hey
Hey my 27 year old self
You have gotten so old like a shelf
The days are passing so fast
That each day, you should be living it like it’s your last
Since you're growing up so fast.
Here is some advice
In order for your life to be spice
Always be nice
so your don’t get diced
Take the opportunity that flow by
Or it could vanished right before your eyes
No matter where you end up
Whether you considered it a dump
Or stuck in a lump
Remember who you are
And who you want to become
That time can be short
Don’t leave your things and goals undone.
Stick to it
Because when are you ever going to get that chance again.
Or when are you ever going to be 27 again.

She wanted us to write it in a poem since it was our poetry unit. The inspiration that came to when writing this poem was on time and opportunities.
