A Good Friend

My good friend
When I look down
My heart begins to cease
The evil frosty ground
So far that I can't touch
The dreadful tears blind my past
Your life was far too short
For the memories we made
The silly songs we played
My tears dripped on your bed
My heart drowned in the sea
I chose the perfect person
To share all my happiness too
I laid a rose on your house
It's still to this day
We will be friends forever
I will always think and remember
Goodbye my good friend
We will meet again one day
In a place we call a home
Or better yet a grave

We where in creative writing and we where reading poems and one of them just happend to be about someonse dog who sadly passed away. So I thought of this.
