Mentally Trapped
I don’t sleep
Optic horror of vicious trapped crawling shadows
Wallowing out of the window
Burning the house as she crawls around fast
Dreadfully fretful
A hysterical artful sin
I neglect proper self control
I take ahold of the bars and shake them, hard
Securely fastened by the rope
Strangles me
I’m trapped

I read "The Yellow Wallpaper" by Charlotte Perkins Gilman and decided to do a found potery of the reading.
