Whispers
  Can anybody hear her?
  Or feel her desperate cry,
  Because her soul is dying
And no one will know why.
Nothing but a wisp of air,
  Grazing at your cloak.
She yells and screams and sobs and weeps
Yet no one knows she spoke.
She often wonders what went wrong
And why she feels this way,
What is this pain that kills her joy
  And brings her heart decay?
  Can anybody hear her?
  Or feel her desperate cry,
  Because her soul is dead,
And no one ever knew why.
