Shadows
  He hides in the shadows
He's always there day through night
  He is my worst fear
But he is not my friend
  He always finds me
But I don't want him to
  He is my depression
  And he makes me blue
Cause he's always in my head
He's always there night through day

This poem talks about my strong and still lasting depression. Poetry has let me write freely about my emotions and it has really helped.
