The grieving sky filled the night with omens
Lonely
The night was like an evil child
Filled with omens
The moon glared at me in an evil way
The night was dark, desolate in North Dakota
Nothing to see for miles away
Lonely
The dark sky made me see nothing
For miles away

The land was dry
The night was dark
The night was dry
There was a beautiful strangeness to the land
There was a mystic feeling to the Bad Lands
The ground crunched
The mystic feelings where inexplicable
The land has shyness about it
The land was strangely beautiful
But the night was dark

The night was no longer filled with omens
But the night turned into a beautiful sky
The moon glazed at me as if he knew I was happy
Beautiful
The sky turning into rich brown
Then made the sky so beautiful
It made the sky beautiful the
Beautiful
Beautiful
The star light glazing with silver
