Statistics show that women earn 79 cents to a man’s dollar.
But it is kept quiet.
Women have to work three years longer than their male counterparts to get the same promotion.
But almost no one realizes, no one notices.
Four in ten businesses globally don’t have women in senior management.
It is looked over, there are more important things.
Women earned less than men in 99% of all occupations.
This isn’t a coincidence.
The wage gap between men and women is more than the price of a house.
This is our future and it was our past. So what are we doing to stop it?
Women-owned businesses earn 61% less revenue than male-owned businesses.
We need to realize the effects of gender inequality in the workplace. This is not only the future for women, but also for the world.
70% of women with children that are under 18 years of age are in the labor force.
We need to change this vicious sexism and treat all human beings with
Dignity and respect.
What a person earns should be based on performance not
What gender a person is.
It should be spread. It should be broadcasted.
We should be heard.
