100% Fake
People say my smile is one hundred percent real
but I know it’s one hundred percent fake
  the smile is an illusion
my smile hides my deepest darkest secrets
no one knows that I go to the bathroom and silently cry
because my smile lets people think I’m a normal passerby
my smile fools people into thinking that I’m okay
when I really feel like throwing myself away
  my smile sometimes fools me
it makes me think I’m happy too
eventually though my smile leaves, shattering me through
my smile leaves me  in deep confusion
my smile leaves me slowly as I cut through the pieces of my skin
tears begin to roll down, as I cry out in pain on the ground
my smile leaves me, as I come to the realization that I am uncomfortable with the person I am
  that person is myself
