Sight to See

While running on the levee,
My breath was getting pretty heavy.
I decided to take a break.
I looked to my right,
And saw the most beautiful sight.
The sun was setting.
The sky was filled with beautiful shades.
I could stare at it for decades.
It was like the whole world stopped.
There was not one sound.
Not even from the birds flying around.
It was like I caught a glimpse of heaven.
It was a beautiful bliss
That I would be sure miss.
This scene was once in a lifetime.
