Alive Again
So much depends
Upon death
The food we devour
Someone dies every hour
Accident, suicide
Murder, homicide
Once they're gone
Then we see
Once they're gone
They'll never be
Alive again
Crying eyes
Count to ten
Alive again
Smell of flowers
Jumps from towers
Weeping faces
Broken-knee braces
Alive again
Bodies of men
Count to ten
Alive again
Cry hard enough,
They'll all come home.
