The adversary’s always strong
It can do its best
To stray me from the path of God
My faith bring down to rest
It blurs the lines of good and bad
And makes it hard to see
What is right and what is wrong
To live righteously
But Satan can never know
How strong my spirit is
Because I find strength in the Lord
I love Him, and I am His
I’ll do His work with willingness
I’ll seek to do what’s right
And drown the tempter’s darkness
In everlasting light
For I can battle Satan
And beat him easily
Because I am not alone
God is always with me
He works mighty miracles
All through history
So he can aid His daughter
And his daughter is me
