Oh my life
Oh my life
Oh my life
How I used
To appreciate it,
Oh my life
Then came a
Bus and whoosh
I felt unappreciated
Oh my life
It came like
LIGHTNING
And it was
Very dis-liking.
Oh my life
Hitting me on
My thigh thump
And it made me fly
Oh my life
As I was
In the sky
Everything
Seemed to die.

My poem "Oh my life" is about how some friends come and go. As it says in stanza two, "Then came a bus and whoosh I felt unappreciated" really mean how "a bus" passed by not knowing they hurt someone and made them feel unappreciated. It happened really fast like how lightning strikes in a blink of an eye. The way we hurt shows how you feel like you just want to leave and "fly". Also how everything looks like they'll last, but the never do so they just fade away. So the reason I did lightning in a different font and all capital was for it to stand out because it shows how fast everything just leaves like lightning. So those were my reasons for my poem.
