The Old Man
An old man sat on a bench,
But then he realized there was a nasty stench
He looked over and saw a bird,
Not one, nor two, but a whole herd
The old man jumped up in fear,
He stiffened his lip and said, “Let me get something clear
I don’t wanna to come off as insincere,
But if you don’t leave me alone I’ll make you disappear!”
The birds pressed forward and the old man gripped his cane,
The birds thought ‘This geezer’s insane!’
The old man yelled, “I’m gonna bring on the pain you birdbrains!”
With one strong mighty swing,
He hit the biggest bird’s right wing
All of the birds flew away,
And the old man laughed, “I am triumphant today”.
