lying about IGNORANCE IS BLISS

The boy is fishing
He is having fun
Catching fish
Soaking up sun
The boy then slips
And he falls in
He had never
Learn to swim
Everyone left
He is alone
No one to help
He is all on his own
He is in deep
He is going to drown
He is screaming
And splashing around
They see him
But do nothing
They are ignorant
If they think he is 'playing'
But they do know
He is going to drown
And on those faces?
Not a frown
