A Sticky Situation
I was enlightened when my mom came home with marshmallows one afternoon.
Little did I know there would be mayhem soon.
To say it would be amusing to put one in the microwave
would be hard for me to admit.
The marshmallow was getting more and more vast as the heat touched it.
Soon it was massive
I was terrified that the kitchen would explode into bits and pieces
so I split wondering if the kitchen didn’t explode.
The marshmallow was like glue.
Getting it all over my hands is just what I do.
“Oh no!”
I was struggling to move my fingers.
The marshmallow just lingers
“Oh crap!”
There was a bird inside me pecking at my insides.
This was something I definitely had to vanquish
What did I do about it?
I just washed my hands
