Memories
He was 14 years when he left,
Had him since ‘01.
All those memories we have kept,
Yet the best ones aren’t done.
All the food dropped on the floor,
To our long walks every Saturday morning.
He would always wait at the door,
And would bark every time a car came soaring.
Those times when he slept next to my bed,
And all those times we played together..
Now i can’t get him out of my head,
But I’ll still remember him forever.
All those old memories,
Rushing through my head,
The one thing I think about is,
I wish he wasn’t dead.
