An angel in chains
I might not witness her
But I know she's there
It gives me strength,
love,
and enjoyment
As I wear it I feel her
Leading me to be the person that I wanna be
A grandmother like her
Who got to see her grandchildren be born
I feel overjoyed and unstoppable when I wear it
It's the object that keeps me going
It might just be a necklace
But to me, It's much more
Its an angel in chains
Something that's important to me
I love it
Just as much as I love her
When I feel down
Or am having a poor day
I clasp it,
sob to it,
And pray to it
To bring me up
And comfort me with big life problems
I know she will always be there
To lead me,
Guide me,
And strengthen me
With it…
I feel like I can conquer the world

This poem is about a neckalice that my great grandma gave me while I was very little. She died not long after she gave me this neckalice.
