Pain wants to be felt
Pain wants to be felt,
Pain and sorrow is all that’s left
A broken heart, and broken promises
Nothing that could ever be brought back.
Pain wants to be felt,
Late night praying sessions with your
One and only savior become habitual
Feeling lost and hopeless.
Broken and empty inside.
Pain wants to be felt,
Nothing, but negativity fills your mind.
Fake smiles after fake laughs become something usual
Not being able to smile, not being able to feel anything but pain.
Heartbreak is like a dark gloomy black shadow of misery that follows you around making sure you will never be happy again.
Pain wants to be felt,
You’re numb and he’s happy
You’re broken and he’s not.
You don’t think about moving on, but he already has.
Pain wants to be felt,
All you will ever be for each other are
Strangers with memories.
Strangers with an immense sense of passion for each other.
Strangers who once loved each other unconditionally.
Now that’s all gone, gone forever.
Pain wants to be felt,
It wants to be felt deep in your soul
It wants to dig at your heart reopening old wounds.
Physically you’re done, emotionally you’re not.
Overthinking becomes a process you face daily.
The aching of your heart lessens day by day.
Pain is no longer felt,
Finally, the sharing of mutual feelings over something
He’s done,
You are done
The love is gone.
You’re gone.
He wants you back.
It’s too late.
