Really BAD
…...BAD…..
I ran in a circle,
around the edge of the trampoline,
I kick out a leg and rotate backwards,
like a backflip.
I land on my knees,
so close.

I let it out,
and I run,
once more,
around the edge,
I kick out a foot,

chin on my chest.

All I could do was let out a long groan,
uuuuunh…
My friend stood over me,
and he looked horrified.
I could barely breathe,
my chest ached
I think I bruised it...
my sternum,
it hurt,
really,
bad...
