I Know.
I know he was a handsome man from what i've seen.
I know he was a tall beautifully browned skinned gentleman.
I know i've never seen in him in person or in life for that fact.
I know he was a very courageous and inspirational man.
I know he is the reason for the love i have for my entire family
I know I am grateful.
I know without him I would not even be on this Earth.
I know he was very caring for others, very respectful to others.
I know this man will always remain in my heart, even though I don't know him.
I know even though he doesn’t know me, i know he’ll always protect me.
I know we will always be by each others side when we need to be.
I know his halo will forever stay shining.
I know he’ll always guide me the the right choices
Proudly, I know, this man is my Grandfather.
James Linwood S., gone, but never forgotten.

I've never met my grandfather, so I really haven't had the chance to give him something special. I've decided that this poem will be dedicated to my amazing grandfather
