Setting My Journey!
I sometimes look up into the sky
and wonder what my future will bring to me,
Like being someone like the 'crazy ones'
and succeed successfully.
Sometimes I look behind my shoulders
and remember all my history,
like the friends that I met
that waved goodbye unreasonably.
Sometimes I look up to my surroundings
and watch what steps they take,
So I follow theirs and then realise what a mistake I make.
Sometimes I think maybe a change would be fun
another routine to get through,
And different things to get done.
But sometimes I don't realise how closed I am,
Like I just want to unwrap my box and tell the world what I am.
And sometimes I feel like the world is on my case,
like I just want to shut down and go back to my phase.
And sometimes I feel like I want to fly out of my nest,
And spread my words and what I can do,
But then I take one step back and realise what I could get myself into.
But someday I will take that risk and let my inner soul guide me,
and repay the favours and set my own journey.
