I never want the moon to stop shining
The darkness envelops me
It seems to be all about timing

The fresh, clean bed-lining
wraps my body and fills me with glee
I never want the moon to stop shining

The sound of coyote’s whining
The lack of buzzing bumble bees
It seems to be all about timing

In a dream where I am flying
Only now I feel free
I never want the moon to stop shining

When I am awake I feel I’m like dying
Asleep and I blossom into a fruit tree
It seems to be all about timing

The fruit tops the cake and icing
Of the moon, for the world to see
I never want the moon to stop shining
It seems to be all about timing
