The win
The Win
I train and condition to be in shape
My mind and body must both be strong, to last in a match that can last up to three periods long
My fans and my coaches are cheering for me, keeping my head in the match must be the key.
I take a shot on my opponent's legs and take him down; as we shake hands after the match I can see him frown.
The feeling after a big win is like celebrating a birthday again.
As me and my opponent leave the mat, we both knew we gave it all that we had.
wrestling isn't about who is the most popular, It is about the determination to win and do your very best.
