Life is a book of many days,
Each of us write one.
It's opened when we come on earth-
It's closed when life is done.
There's only one pen can touch it,
It's up to us to write;
If we fail or should we succeed-
We turn each page at night.
Each page complete, we can't change it,
Never add or take away;
All of yesterday's work is sealed,
Sealed in that book to stay.
The bad we do is there to show-
The good is never lost.
All life's actions go in this book,
No matter what the cost.
Each morning brings another page
That's clear and shining bright,
We should all give thanks to Him thanks to have,
Another page to write.
