Death & Death II
Death
Like an old friend, long passed
He comes to you, embraces you,
He walks with you in the silence, and
Whether you go,
To Hell's gates,
Or to Heaven's
He will always be of good cheer, and say
"not to fear"
Death II
Some like him like an old friend,
accepting his embrace,
Some struggling, Trying to escape, writhing
Like snakes.
And some believe they have defeated him,
that they are free.
But ole Death knows, and he is patient,
Quietly awaiting the time,
Of which
He may strike,
and grabs his prey.
