crushed bruised and worn
wishing you'd never been born
pressure surrounding you
but the pain isnt true
a worm filled with lies
a bug that i despise
written on your arms ink in blood
a never ending torturous flood
But when there's a light
dont try to fight
listen and be loved
from the holy One above
pressure turning you to anger
but remember you are far from danger
listen to your preacher
listen to your teacher
remember their words
and dont take them for absurd
because God makes diamonds in the strangest ways
