The Blue Fish
I see myself in the mirror,
Looking longingly at my reflection.
In front sat a small simple tank of water,
And there is something in it swimming.
A small blue betta fish seems to be smiling.
He imagines himself in the lake,
Watching jet skis go bye.
People all around are having fun,
Hanging with their friends,
And their eyes are full of joy.

This piece is a chain poem that I wrote at school.
