Sweet Serenity
This place I’d really like to be
The plants and trees are nice to see
Although they are a blur to me,
They comfort me in my time of need
The sun on my skin, the wind in my hair
I love the smell of unpolluted, fresh air
This beast beneath me kicks up in delight
And all i do is hold on tight
My blood pumps through my veins
with my hands gripping the reins
This feeling cannot be explained
Because it’s just plain insane
We run and run and run some more
Until we’re out of breath and really sore
Then we walk the trail again and again
Until all the bad memories are never seen again
