The Bat

a black bat is sleeping
hanging by his feet
the sun goes down
and he stretches his big black wings
people out in the dark catching bugs
for fun and games
his oversized body swoops and soars through the air
looking for his prey
screeching as it tracks its food
only to find out that
people took it
and not to eat
