The meaning of Existence

Existence business is quite tricky
There's dark, light, hot, cold and sticky
Being is much harder than not
With happy, sad, angry and the lot
Often one exists in pain
More often one heals and is whole again
To exists is to do
To breath, eat, run and poo
To be is to love, to hate and to befriend
Crying, moaning and then laughing again
To see a tree blossom and whither and die
To lie on one's back and watch the sky
The truth is to exist is to do
I like what I'm doing, do you?
