Looking into the light inside
I am curious, different
I wonder if oblivion is real
I hear the voices calling me in
I see into the light
I want it all to stop and disappear
I am curious, different
I pretend to be ok
I feel as if I'm all alone in the world
I touch people, hoping they'll notice me
I worry that it will be like this forever
I cry at the thought of this
I am curious, different
I understand that it'll all fade to dust
I say it's just a rainy day and the sun must shine soon
I dream of peace and equality
I try to stand up and make my dream come to life
I hope my efforts will pay off
I am curious, different, an outsider
