Tomorrows Sorrow
I look out,
 Into the night,
 The full moon,
 Shining so bright,
 The images,
 Take me away,
 My mind lingers,
  Wanting to stay,
 So I stand here,
 And play dumb,
 Though I know,
 Tomorrow is soon to come,
Tomorrow I will fake a smile,
 And pretend everything is okay,
 Though slowly my soul,
 Is drifting away,
 Because my hero is dead,
 My hero is gone,
 And I must face,
 My battles alone,
 But I must forget,
 My pain and sorrow,
 Because I have to live,
 Live beyond tomorrow,
 So one last look,
 At the perfect night,
 At the full moon,
 that’s shining so bright,
I slip under the warm blankets,
 Of my bed,
 I try to sleep,
 But tomorrow I dread,
 Because once again,
I will have to live without you,
 And each day that passes,
 I pray-it’s the last I have to.
