The Sky Is Falling
Beware! Beware! The sky is falling
No one is safe tonight
Beware! Beware! The sky is falling
Run! Run! Please take flight
Beware! Beware! The sky is falling
I look into the eye of the storm
And see trouble on the horizon
I look upon those who have done wrong
And I speak these words as a lesson
Beware for when the sky comes down
Will your so called friends
Still be in town
Beware for when the moon comes,
Abruptly mind you
Will your house and job hold you up?
Beware for when the sun collapse
Will your heart,
That you follow on whim,
Still be intact
Will it win
Beware for when the stars fall down
Will you still wear your golden crown
Your silken robes
Will your new mercedes
Be what you hold dear
Or your children who are crying
In horror and fear
THose same children you haven't hugged in a year
THose same children you haven't hugged in a year
Beware! Beware! The sky is falling
No one is safe here
Beware! Beware! The sky is falling
For what, more the moon’s not shining
For what is more the stars are whining
For what more the sun has stopped illuminating
All that had glittered like gold before
And now
A silver light is glowing
I realize I am not all knowing
But when the moon and the stars collide
Do not say i didn’t warn you
Do not say I didn’t tell you to run and hide
For the eye of my storm doesn't lie
Even when the sky is falling
Even when the birds are crawling
Even when the crops start rotting
Even when a blizzard is coming
Even when the tornado is destroying
Even when life keeps on turning
You around in circles
Do not fear
For the end is near
And when the smoke clears
When the grass is in the sky
When you can look at the bird's eye to eye
When the sky is on the ground
There is hope for a tomorrow
Hope for a today
Hey! There is even hope for everything that happened yesterday
Because the sky has fallen
And a new one
A better one
Is in it’s place

This poem is, somthing I wrote because I wanted to express myself in a new way. I absolutly love insperational music, moives, or anything that makes your heart race. To feel somthing. And this poem was just what I felt. Weather it's good or bad, fun or sad. I don't know. That's just how I feel.
